Our E-Safety Champion is Mrs Hazlehurst.
Safer Internet Day
In school we spent the day taking part in fun activities based on e-safety. All the e-safety officers spent their day travelling around school taking pictures of the children taking part in lots of activities.
Willow have been drawing and writing about who could help them if they were bullied online. Chestnut used Wordle to create e-safety posters and took part in a quiz. Oak class went online to explore different e-safety websites. All of us took part in our fun internet day.
We spent some time talking to children in the classes about what they use the internet for and asking whether they knew how to stay safe online.
Megan said, "I use the internet for Minecraft and for talking with friends."
Amber said, "The internet is good for research as long as you use the right websites."
Millie said, "I like going on the computer to find pictures I can print to colour in."
Sophie said, "I use the internet to research for homework and going on the school website."
Keep up the good work - e-safety awards will be coming soon!!
