Welcome back to another term where the children in Willow Class will be learning about Toys and Space. In Term 3 there will be more of a focus on Toys and in Term 4 a focus on Space.
Please see the planning overview for this term below which goes into more detail some of the things that the children will be covering. We shall be thinking about Materials for Science and in particular, we shall be comparing them and deciding on whether they are suitable for their purpose. We shall begin to develop children's chronological understanding by thinking about toys long ago and comparing them to their very own favourite toys. The children will have the opportunity to design their very own toy and make it in the next few weeks. In RE, the children will be thinking about their lives and hopefully will take part in a Christening, led by Rev. Walters in the local church.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
