Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Thank you to everyone who supported this years Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, we raised a total of £96.83 for this worthy cause.
Thank you to everyone who donated money for Children in Need. We raised a fantastic amount of £80.00 which has been sent to the charity and also thank you if you donated online.
We will be celebrating Children in Need on Friday November 18th (plus wearing odd socks hopefully!)
This annual fundraising event is something we always enjoy taking part in. Children love coming to school dressed in spots or 'Pudsy' inspired clothing or just their own clothes. All donations sent in for this non-uniform event, will be sent off directly to Children in Need or you can donate online at:

We look forward to a fun packed week and we thank you all for your support.
Anti-Bullying Week 14th - 18th November
All classes will be taking part in activities linked to Anti-Bullying Week next week (Monday 14th onwards) and finding out more about how to seek help and support if they are upset by anyone in school but also how to be super People and Self Smart, always following the school's targets and behaviour rules. This will be a really positive week where we focus on being kind and maintaining friendships but also about who to turn to if you need help to sort a problem out.
The LSCP Team will be visiting school to talk all things e-safety with our oldest children and our younger children will be taking part in Friendship and Feelings workshops.
The school will launch the week with a special assembly from the 'United Against Bullying' Team with the help from our brilliant House Captains. The captains have been busy preparing resources, quizzes and competitions for all children to take part in over the week. A few of our House Captains have met with other children from our local schools and together they want to launch a special poster competition - all will be revealed in their special assembly. They are also encouraging all children to wear 'Odd Socks' all week next week, as a fun way to understand that although we may all be very different, there are many things that make us all the same.
All children have completed a survey with Mrs Kember this term and 100% of children felt happy and safe at school and we want to keep it this way. Kindness is key at Clough & Risegate Primary School and a friend or teacher to talk to, is never far away.
