Week 1

• When you are out and about - maybe going for a walk around the village, talk to the children about some of the things they see. How is it different to going into Spalding or even a busier town? Use the cut and stick below to continue this discussion. Can children put the cards in the right places? Model scissor skills where needed.
• Can you learn a new song or rhyme? Rehearse it and post it to Tapestry. 

Week 2

• What can you see? What is an aerial/birds eye view? Use Google maps to show children aerial photographs of where they live. What can you see? Where could this have been taken? How is this view different?
• Draw a picture of your house. Can you label anything on it e.g. window, chimney, door? Talk about how your house is different to another near by/one you visit. 

Week 3

Use the Virtual London Tour link below to explore the capital city. What landmarks are there? How do people travel around London? Maybe you have visited - what was it like? Where did you go? Can you draw a picture of one of the landmarks or transport used? 

Week 4

Have a go at completing the following sheet. Can you control your pencil and follow the lines carefully?
