Keeping with the theme of Newspaper reports, today I want to revisit headlines. Remember these are short and snappy, and often use alliteration or a pun. They always set the scene so the reader has a slight idea on what the report may be about.
Have a look at the headlines, write a few short bullet points discussing what you think they're about.
Then have a go at writing an introduction, for one headline, based on covering the 5 W's (who, what, where, when and why) for the reader to have a small idea as to what your report is about.
