Dear Parent/Carer Please read the letter sent on July 16th 2020 (End of Year News) relating to the arrangements for September. Drop off and pick up times remain fixed and we kindly ask that you adhere strictly to your time slot to ensure our whole school community can be kept safe and well. Please remember to keep moving through the one way system at the gate, and not to congregate in any of the parking areas. This is important to ensure the smooth running of the different timed slots. If you have any messages or if you wish to speak to any staff member, then please ring the school phone as outlined in the newsletter. Class Bubbles and the one way system will be clearly marked. If your child is showing symptoms of COVID-19 he/she must not attend school. Face masks are not needed for Primary School aged children but adults and staff may choose to wear them at drop off and collection times if they wish to. Please note that any families who have recently visited a 'restricted' country must have completed a fourteen day quarantine period before attending school. Please telephone the office if this applies to your child. Please remember that your child will need a packed lunch (unless you have pre-ordered one from Willoughby Foods) and a water bottle. All pens, pencils etc will be provided. PE kits can be sent in at the start of the term and must remain in school. Alternatively, if it is easier for you and you wish to, your child may come to school in their PE kit and remain in it on their PE day. The days are as follows: Willow PE - Tuesday Chestnut PE- Wednesday Maple PE- Thursday Oak PE- Friday If you have any questions at all then please email firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your support during these difficult times and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to us on Thursday 3rd September. Kind regards Mrs Rooney Headteacher
