About the Role:
We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly, small school team. You will play an important role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of our pupils during the lunchtime period.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during the meal break, both indoors and outdoors — including the dining hall, playground, classrooms, corridors, cloakrooms and toilets.
• Escort children safely between school areas when required.
• Prepare rooms for dining as needed, including setting out tables, chairs or desk covers.
• Distribute meals and serve water/bread where required.
• Support and encourage positive behaviour and good table manners.
• Clear and clean the dining area after lunch, including wiping tables, collecting rubbish, washing and stacking away tables, chairs, water jugs and covers.
• Ensure the dining and play areas are left clean, safe and tidy for afternoon lessons.

The Successful Candidate will:

• Enjoy working with children and helping them have a safe, happy lunchtime.
• Be responsible, patient and able to work as part of a team.
• Promote good behaviour and positive relationships.
• Have a caring attitude and be alert to children’s needs.

Salary: £17,406 - £18,244 approx.

We currently have a temporary vacancy in our supportive small school. The school is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, effective and inspirational 1:1 Teaching Assistant at Clough & Risegate Community Primary School, Spalding, to work with pupils who have an ECHP. The pupils require support to ensure that there are as many opportunities to enable them to integrate and socialise with their peers as possible and to be able to access the curriculum. Knowledge and experience of working within the Early Years /KS1 and /or with SEND would be beneficial.

The Governing Body is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant who:
